The display panel is designed to allow users to modify the default display configuration of a display node. It always includes two tabs:
- Shared Properties Tab: Contains properties common to all display nodes.
- Node-Specific Properties Tab: Contains properties unique to the selected display node.
This separation helps keep the interface less overwhelming and easier to navigate.
Property Modes
Each property typically operates in one of three modes:
- Default: The property uses the vanilla default value. This is the default mode.
- Unique: The user can override the default value with a custom value.
- Inherit: The property value is inherited from the parent node. For root nodes, which have no parent, the default value will be used instead. This mode is limited to common and bone-specific properties.
